Vision

At Aim High Prep, our vision is to cultivate a community where student-athletes are empowered to lead with integrity, wisdom, and courage. Rooted in classical and conservative educational principles, we strive to develop well-rounded individuals who are not only champions in sports but also in life, guided by Christian morals. Our goal is to foster an environment where truth, beauty, and goodness inspire daily learning and personal growth, preparing our students to be exemplary leaders who positively impact the world around them.

Points of Emphasis:

  • Classical Education: We emphasize the study of time-honored texts, philosophies, and the arts, ensuring our students engage deeply with the Western intellectual tradition to foster critical thinking and a love for learning.

  • Conservative Education: Our curriculum honors traditional values, promoting respect for history, culture, and the foundational principles that have shaped society, preparing students to conserve and pass on these values.

  • Leadership Development: Through personalized mentorship and a challenging academic environment, we aim to instill leadership qualities in our students, encouraging them to lead by example both on and off the field.

  • Christian Morals: Our ethos is imbued with Christian ethics, teaching students to live lives of service, compassion, and moral integrity, reflecting these virtues in their actions and decisions.

  • Pursuit of Truth, Beauty, and Goodness: We cultivate an appreciation for what is true, beautiful, and good, encouraging students to seek these ideals in all aspects of life, from academics to personal interactions, fostering a holistic education.

  • Community and Character: We believe in building a tight-knit community where respect, discipline, and mutual support are the norms, creating an atmosphere where character is built and celebrated.

  • Integration of Faith and Science: While not explicitly naming it, our educational approach subtly integrates the principles of faith with the pursuit of scientific understanding, promoting a balanced view where faith and reason coexist harmoniously.

  • Athletic and Academic Excellence: We commit to excellence in both academics and athletics, ensuring our student-athletes are well-prepared for future endeavors, whether in higher education, professional sports, or community leadership.

This vision statement and its points of emphasis guide our daily operations and long-term goals, ensuring that every student at Aim High Prep is prepared to make a meaningful contribution to society while upholding the values we cherish.

Tenets

  1. As adherents of Truth, we take the inspired Word of the Bible as our sufficient guide to eternal Life.

  2. We acknowledge and adore one supreme and infinite God. We acknowledge His Son, one Christ; the Holy Ghost or divine Comforter; and man in God's image and likeness.

  3. We acknowledge God's forgiveness of sin in the destruction of sin and the spiritual understanding that casts out evil as unreal. But the belief in sin is punished so long as the belief lasts.

  4. We acknowledge Jesus' atonement as the evidence of divine, efficacious Love, unfolding man's unity with God through Christ Jesus the Way-shower; and we acknowledge that man is saved through Christ, through Truth, Life, and Love as demonstrated by the Galilean Prophet in healing the sick and overcoming sin and death.

  5. We acknowledge that the crucifixion of Jesus and his resurrection served to uplift faith to understand eternal Life, even the allness of Soul, Spirit, and the nothingness of matter.

  6. And we solemnly promise to watch, and pray for that Mind to be in us which was also in Christ Jesus; to do unto others as we would have them do unto us; and to be merciful, just, and pure.
